2000 – 2002 Intercases – Training in Management of Change, Leonardo da Vinci Programme, Pilot Project
The Intercases is a partnership project developed and implemented as a pilot initiative by organisations from Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark and the UK. The project developed a set of training tools containing practice-based case studies. The aim of the project has been to use the case studies for training of SME managers in Management of Change. Such training method allows the trainees to learn from the experience of their counterparts and implement best practice in their work. The sustainability of the Intercases project has been ensured by the opportunities for its further development and adaptation towards the achievements of the new technologies and the specifics of the contemporary business developments.
